Do alcohol-free drinks contain alcohol?

Should every tea be prepared with boiling water?
No. Black tea and many herbal teas may suit hotter water, while green tea and matcha often benefit from gentler temperatures. Follow the preparation directions supplied with the specific tea.
How can I dissolve a drink powder more smoothly?
When the product directions allow it, begin with a small amount of warm liquid and stir or whisk until smooth. Add the remaining hot or cold liquid gradually while continuing to mix.
How do I keep an iced drink from tasting watery?
Prepare a slightly more concentrated base when appropriate, allow extremely hot liquid to settle briefly and use enough fresh ice to chill efficiently. Add the final cold liquid gradually and taste as you build the cup.
Can ready-to-drink beverages be served over ice?
Yes, when the individual beverage is suitable for chilled serving. Ice adds dilution as it melts, so a fully chilled glass without ice may be preferable when you want to preserve the original strength.
How should sparkling alcohol-free drinks be served?
Chill the beverage and glass first. Add any still concentrate or fruit component before the sparkling element, then pour slowly and stir gently so the drink retains more of its bubbles.

How should unopened tea, coffee and drink powders be stored?

Can I use a product after its date has passed?

Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
Contact PureSip as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once order preparation or shipping activity has begun.
What should I do if my delivery appears damaged?
Keep the item, outer box, internal packing materials and shipping label. Take clear photos of the packaging and affected product, then contact PureSip promptly with the order details.
What if an item is missing or incorrect?
Contact support with the order number, the items received and photos of the package and packing materials. Retain everything while the shipment is reviewed.

Can I return an opened beverage product?
Opened consumable products generally cannot be returned because they cannot be placed back into inventory. Contact PureSip when there is an incorrect item, transit damage, damaged seal or another product concern requiring review.
Should I send a return before contacting PureSip?
No. Contact PureSip first and wait for instructions. Unauthorized packages may not contain enough information to identify the order or complete the review.
Can I receive a refund because I do not prefer the flavor?
Flavor preference alone does not normally indicate a defect. Taste, aroma, sweetness and strength can vary by product and preparation method, and opened products may not qualify for return.
How are approved refunds issued?
Approved refunds are normally submitted to the original payment method after the required review or return is complete. The payment provider may need additional time before the credit appears.
